Shipping policy

Please note that we need 1 to 3 working days on average to process your order
before dispatching it. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get
your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order has been dispatched,
depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working
days. Please allow for public holidays which may affect delivery times.


At Ferurth, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small
vendors around the world to share their products. Some of our products are shipped
directly from our overseas vendors. Due to the nature of the shipping business,
delays are often unavoidable. All our shipping times are therefore indicative and
specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items


If your order contains a pre-order or out-of-stock item, we will dispatch available
items immediately and pre-order or out-of-stock items as soon as they become
available. So if you've ordered several items at once and only receive part of your
order, don't worry, you'll receive the other items shortly afterwards.


Tracking your order


You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you have provided a
mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the progress of
your parcel. To track your parcel, you can consult the link provided in your tracking
email. If you are unsure of your tracking number, please refer to your e-mail. Please
allow 2-4 working days for the tracking information to appear.


Incorrect address disclaimer


It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and dispatch times, but there is always a
small window to correct an incorrect delivery address.
Please contact us immediately at fernando@feruth.com if you believe you have
provided an incorrect delivery address.

Lost or stolen package

Ferurth a is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking
information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have
not received it, please report this to your respective carrier using the contact
information provided on our tracking page. If you have any further questions about
